Terms of Service

Standard Logistics Conditions v2.4

Contract Conditions

All shipments handled by WorldLink Global Logistics are subject to the terms of the specific Bill of Lading or Air Waybill issued at the time of transit. These terms govern liability, route selection, and delivery protocols.

Liability Limits

Liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with international conventions (Warsaw/Montreal for air, Hague-Visby for sea). We strongly recommend secondary insurance for high-value cargo.

Operational Agility

WorldLink reserves the right to select the most efficient transit route and carrier to ensure shipment integrity, unless specific routing is contractually mandated and premium-rated.

Documentation

The shipper is responsible for providing accurate manifest data and customs documentation. Any delays or penalties resulting from inaccurate data are the sole responsibility of the client.

Standard Liability Agreement

By engaging WorldLink Global Logistics, the client agrees to these terms as the governing framework for all freight forwarding and logistics activities. Our role is that of a specialized logistics orchestrator, and all sub-contracted carriage is subject to the carrier's specific tariff and conditions in addition to our overarching service protocols.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless prior credit arrangements have been established. WorldLink maintains a right of lien over cargo for any outstanding balances.

Claims Protocol

Any loss or damage must be reported at the time of delivery or within 48 hours for concealed damage, accompanied by a photographic report.
